A second-generation builder Larry was born and raised in the vibrant West Valley of Arizona. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Larry has a deep-rooted passion for residential building and a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Larry was immersed in the world of construction from a very early age, with his family being involved in many aspects of the industry throughout the years. After graduating from Arizona State University with a degree in business / communications, Larry decided to follow his passion and returned back to the residential construction field working for local builders in town. He honed his skills over the years, learning the importance of attention to detail, communication and integrity first and always!
Larry’s extensive construction knowledge and relationships with trusted suppliers and subcontractors has been a huge contribution to the success of the Centerline Team.
Colin Belfield:

Colin brings over 20 years of combined experience in pre-construction consulting and real estate services to his role at Centerline Homes. His dual expertise uniquely positions the company to provide their clients with comprehensive and insightful guidance on real estate acquisition and the pre-construction process that serves as the foundation of a successful construction project.
Colin has a deep knowledge of the pre-construction process which allows him to foresee potential challenges and develop effective solutions, ensuring that projects will be executed as planned.
Throughout his career, Colin has built a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and a client-first approach. His commitment to transparent communication and personalized service ensures that clients feel valued and involved throughout the process.
